Job Description

This opportunity is well-suited for an individual with a strong focus on project coordination, documentation control, and operational support.

The role involves contributing to project planning and analytics, tracking progress against defined KPIs, and ensuring that all reporting and compliance requirements are consistently met to facilitate effective project execution.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Support the execution of small, low-risk projects while contributing to overall project targets.
  • Monitor project performance against financial and operational KPIs, including cost, timelines, and asset utilization.
  • Assist in project planning, implementation, and analytical activities in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage operational tasks such as reporting, documentation control, and day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Track project progress and provide timely updates, insights, and required information to project leaders.
  • Contribute to risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare project reports using standard templates, custom formats, and macros as required.
  • Ensure all project documentation is properly created, maintained, and accessible to project teams and customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and operational processes.
  • Proficiency in project reporting, documentation management, and use of templates/macros.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities for assessing project progress and risks.
  • Ability to work independently within broad guidelines and apply best practices.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple operational tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project or similar).
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation.
