Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for eLearning development, from initiation through delivery and closure.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, media developers, and technical staff.
Ensure effective risk management, change control, and issue resolution.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure deliverables align with quality standards, branding, and learning goals.
Manage content review cycles and ensure version control.
Implement and improve project management processes and tools.
