Job Description

Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure successful project completion.
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates on milestones, risks, and issues.
Facilitating the development process and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
Remove obstacles and barriers that hinder the team s progress, promoting a high-performance work environment.

Technical Skills and Experience

Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure successful project completion.
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates on milestones, risks, and issues.
Facilitating the development process and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
Maintain and update Agile project management tools and documentation, such as the product backlog.
Facilitate effective communication and teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of project goals. collaboration across functional
Promote continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in project management and Agile practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize features, and manage expectations.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor s or Master s degree or equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross- functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification (CSM) or other relevant certifications is a plus.
