Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the engagement, ensuring timely and compliant delivery across content and expert-led initiatives. Acts as the central point of contact between internal teams, external experts, and the client.
Manage expert onboarding, NDAs, and contracting documentation.
Maintain and track project calendars and milestones.
Facilitate client updates, weekly reports, and internal review cycles.
Coordinate with creative, production, and compliance teams for on-time output.
Prior exposure to healthcare, digital content, or brand communication projects.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of content workflows and approval systems.
