Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content workflows is essential. Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams are also crucial. The role of leading and governing the digital presence of Global Procurement across both external and internal procurement related web platforms is crucial. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the procurement public-facing website and internal collaboration or communication spaces such as SharePoint. It is essential to ensure that the content is current, user journeys are clear, and publishing processes are well-managed. As the central point of contact for digital channel management, you will be expected to blend content leadership, experience design, and stakeholder engagement to drive high-impact communication across various audiences. You will collaborate and interface with key stakeholders such as Procurement Excellence, Digital Program Leads, Communications, Legal, Liferay Team, Regional Procurement teams, and Global Procurement Operations. Additionally, you may coordinate external contributors and agency partners as needed to achieve the desired objectives. Your key accountabilities will involve acting as the key lead for all Procurement websites and channels, defining their purpose, structure, and evolution in alignment with stakeholder and user requirements. It will be your responsibility to govern the publishing process, prioritize content updates, and ensure a consistent, user-friendly experience across the sites. You will also facilitate the translation of stakeholder input into well-structured content briefs, liaise with the internal Liferay team for backend changes, monitor usage and engagement through analytics, and ensure all content meets brand, legal, and accessibility standards. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field along with at least 3 years of experience in managing digital content, websites, or internal/external portals in a corporate setting. Strong editorial and content structuring skills, familiarity with content management systems, and the ability to interpret analytics and user feedback for evidence-based decisions are essential. While technical skills such as HTML, CSS, or SEO knowledge would be advantageous, they are not mandatory. Your ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and influence without direct authority will be key to your success.
