Distributor & Channel Enablement:
Operational Setup:
Financial & Reporting:
Stakeholder Management:

What We re Looking For:

8 10 years of experience in project management, market entry, or business operations
Prior experience in Bangladesh or South Asia market preferred
Background in direct selling, FMCG, or healthcare industries (e.g., Vestige, P&G, Amway, etc.)
Strong understanding of regulatory, commercial, and operational aspects
Experience in import/export operations is a plus
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Graduate or Master s degree in Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Bangla language is preferred
