Project Manager (Marine-Jetty/Breakwater)-Shrivardhan & Bharadkhol (MH)

• Lead the planning, execution, and control of all marine and civil construction activities.
• Review and finalize project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Supervise and guide engineering, construction, procurement, and QA/QC teams for smooth project execution.
• Oversee breakwater, jetty, piling, revetment, and concrete block placement works.
• Coordinate with design consultants, clients, and third-party agencies for technical reviews and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and marine safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare MIS, progress reports, and cost control statements.
• Identify risks, delays, and resource constraints; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage marine logistics – barges, cranes, tugs, and floating platforms.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and local maritime regulations.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the project team to achieve performance and productivity targets.
