Job Description

Key Responsibilities

M&A Program Management

Own and execute M&A projects including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger transitions

Act as the lead point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and reporting.

Align project execution with deal objectives, timelines, and compliance frameworks.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate closely with client-side leadership, legal, finance, and HR stakeholders.

Work flexible hours to accommodate client needs and maintain high-touch communication.

HR & Operational Execution

Support HR transition projects, process mapping, and operational excellence programs.

Lead execution of internal and client-side initiatives across HR, compliance, and vendor operations.

End-to-End Ownership

Manage complex projects independently, ensuring all deliverables meet client and internal expectations.

Track risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear program documentation and dashboards.

Key Skills & Requirements

4 8 years of project/program management experience, preferably in M&A, strategic consulting, or business operations.

Exposure to M&A workflows including due diligence, integration, and change management.

Ability to independently manage client relationships and project execution.

Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong command of English.

Willingness and ability to work in client time zones as needed.

Strong understanding of HR and operational functions is a plus.

Education & Certifications

MBA from a top-tier institute preferred.

Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or similar are advantageous.
