Job Description

Project Manager Civil (15+ Years Experience)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of residential projectsvillas, apartments, villaments—from groundwork to handover.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks. 
  • Superior knowledge in QA/QC/QS
  • Ensure adherence to GFC drawings, technical specifications, and statutory compliance.

2. Technical & Engineering Oversight

  • Provide strong technical guidance in

    civil engineering, structural systems, and site execution methodologies

    .
  • Review and validate structural designs, construction details, and engineering calculations.
  • Drive

    MEP–Civil coordination

    , ensuring seamless integration of services with architectural and structural elements.

3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Conduct regular review meetings, resolve technical issues, and maintain transparent communication across stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce industry best practices for

    quality control, safety management

    , and construction excellence.
  • Implement QA/QC systems and ensure all work meets organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Digital & Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in

    AutoCAD

    , MS Project/Primavera, and other relevant civil engineering tools.
  • Familiarity with

    BIM workflows

     is a strong added advantage.
  • Ability to interpret digital drawings, models, and advanced documentation methodologies.

6. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop site engineers, supervisors, and execution teams.
  • Demonstrate strong people management skills and an ability to build high-performance teams.
  • Exhibit readiness to evolve into the

    Head of Projects (HOD)

     role with strategic and operational ownership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BE / BTech in Civil Engineering

  • 15+ years

     of proven experience in residential, high rise apartments, villas, Villaments etc
  • Strong command over construction methodologies, structural systems, MEP coordination, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
