Experience: 8 plus years Project Management Office (PMO) will be to required to provide Project support and assist in the successful delivery of Projects by coordinating specific activities which could include but not be limited to, document management, planning, risk or financial management, resource allocation and management. They also should ensure that all team members uphold the company's standards throughout each project's development and execution. Co-ordinate the following: Data collection from all members of the PMO, consolidating that data and providing summary reports for stakeholders, collection of information to update the project's records, project plans, maintaining document control for the Program Set up and maintain a tool for all Project / Program documentation Support the analysis of risks and maintain the Risk Log, as well as the Project change management process Provide appropriate stakeholders with the up-to-date financial or resource position and forecasts Organization of meetings Show more Show less
