Project Management/ Implementation Consultant

What Will You Do

• During the research, design, and development process, understand the requirements and convert them into documents.
• Assist technical team in creating a seamless product by sharing the crisp BRD and FRD with them.
• Obtain client master data, then develop accounting policies using that information
• Send out daily, weekly or monthly reports to all relevant stakeholders
• Take part in the QA process for solutions to make sure that all features and functions have been activated and optimized
  

Requirements

• 1 year or more of related experience
• Ability to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing, and evolving environment
• Sharp written and verbal communication skills, as well as knowledge of how to create BRD, FRD, and other business documents
• Good business sense, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• An eye for detail and the ability to execute very accurate work
• Knowledge of Lending/NBFC industry and softwares like LMS, LOS, Collections, CRM
• Understanding of the accounting field in the Banking/Lending industry including strategy definition, charge codes etc.
• It will be advantageous to have knowledge of SQL, databases, and other technology
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets
