Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing film and music production projects from inception through delivery. Youll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and serve as the primary liaison between creative, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Kyybas creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage production timelines for film, music, and multimedia projects.
Coordinate across departments (creative, legal, finance, marketing) to ensure alignment.
Track production schedules, post-production milestones, and release plans.
Oversee vendor relationships, contract deliverables, and third-party production partners.
Manage project budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Facilitate communication between producers, directors, artists, and executive teams.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Assist in developing pitch decks, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
Support live events, music video shoots, or film festivals when applicable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Music Business, or related field.
5-7 years of project management experience in the entertainment industry.
Strong knowledge of film/music production workflows, from pre- to post-production.
Budgeting and contract coordination experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
