We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager with strong eCommerce experience
to lead end-to-end delivery of digital commerce initiatives. The role requires managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of complex eCommerce programs. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end eCommerce project delivery across multiple workstreams.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, UX, development, QA, and DevOps teams.
Drive requirements clarity, scope management, and change control.
Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; provide regular status reporting.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Manage vendor, nearshore, and offshore teams effectively.
Support release planning, UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of project management experience with
strong eCommerce delivery exposure
. Experience delivering eCommerce platforms such as
SFCC, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce
, or similar. Strong understanding of eCommerce concepts: catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payment, OMS, and fulfillment.
Hands-on experience with
Agile/Scrum
and tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
Strong risk, dependency, and budget management skills.
Nice to Have
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
Experience with Salesforce ecosystem (SFCC, OMS, B2B Commerce).
Experience in omnichannel or retail transformation programs.
Prior experience in nearshore/global delivery models.
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
