Position Purpose

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management activities related to offshoring initiatives, application deployment, and tool rollout for the ISPL COE platform. The role involves coordinating with global and onshore teams, driving project governance, managing risks, ensuring SLA adherence, and supporting successful activity transfers to ISPL COE.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Execution

• Act as the primary

  project SPOC

  for offshoring and tool/application deployment initiatives.
• Lead and manage

  project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery

  within approved budgets.
• Conduct project governance meetings such as

  OPCO

  and provide structured updates.
• Prepare and deliver inputs for

  SteerCo meetings

  , highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with onshore stakeholders, ISPL COE SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

2. Operational & Functional Support

• Perform operational assessments for activity transfer, evaluating process readiness and knowledge requirements.
• Participate in

  risk assessments, SLA setup, and offshoring readiness

  activities.
• Provide functional knowledge and support to teams during deployment or activity transitions.
• Monitor and track execution of new SLAs and amendments to existing SLAs within ISPL COE.

3. Risk, Issue & Governance Management

• Track and manage project risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.
• Identify roadblocks and escalate concerns to management as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and control requirements.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with onshore teams, COE groups, and contributing units to enable successful project execution.
• Facilitate collaboration across technology, operations, and business teams.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical Competencies

• Strong project management skills (planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder management)
• Proficient in

  MS Excel

  (formulas, pivot tables, data interpretation)
• Strong analytical ability
• Knowledge of accounting processes (desired but not mandatory)

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree

  (mandatory)

• MBA

  preferred
• 9–10 years of relevant experience in

  project management, process transition, or COE operations
