Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our Project Coordinator team and manage client interactions effectively. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, a professional appearance, and be willing to travel as per project and client requirements. Freshers with good communication and presentation skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the Project Coordinator team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Schedule, organize, and lead client meetings and appointments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong business relationships and effective communication.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Represent the company professionally during client visits, meetings, and business travel.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance , presentation skills and grooming is a must.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and project requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
