Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

Assist in preparing project schedules, work breakdown structures, and execution roadmaps.
Monitor daily/weekly site progress against approved plans and timelines.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical or execution issues.

2. Infrastructure Development & Quality Control

Supervise execution of core infrastructure: roads, utilities, drainage, power, and connectivity.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental compliance at all times.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for the Projects Head.

3. Stakeholder & Regulatory Coordination

Support in obtaining regulatory and statutory approvals.
Liaise with local authorities and service providers for infrastructure-related activities.
Facilitate interactions with investors/tenants regarding operational requirements.

4. Financial & Risk Management

Track contractor billing, project expenses, and budget utilization.
Identify execution-level risks and propose preventive/corrective actions.
Maintain documentation and MIS for review by the Projects Head.

5. Team & Vendor Coordination

Supervise site engineers and execution teams for timely delivery of works.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for smooth material flow and execution.
Support in developing a performance-driven culture focused on quality and deadlines.
