Jira Ticket Management
o Create, assign, and maintain Jira tickets with accurate metadata and descriptions.o Ensure tickets are complete, contain relevant acceptance criteria, and are ready for engineering or stakeholder review.Project Coordinationo Track project milestones and proactively communicate status, issues, and risks.o Run weekly standups with technical teams where needed.o Maintain visibility into multiple concurrent projects and ensure accurate reflection in tools and reports.Reporting & Communicationo Generate and distribute regular status updates, dashboards, and performance reports.o Escalate issues appropriately and ensure follow-through on action items.o Interface with cross-functional teams within Accounting Documentation & Process Improvemento Maintain clear documentation of workflows, processes, decisions, and timelines
