Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has previously worked in a product-based or service-based IT/ITeS company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development and excellent client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end software projects from planning to deployment.
• Work closely with the CTO and CEO to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with development teams for task distribution and timely completion.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team productivity.
• Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Oversee final testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
• Attend client meetings across different time zones.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/ITeS.
• Prior experience in software development (Laravel / .NET preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
