Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management activities including

  planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery

  .
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, testers, UI/UX, DBAs) ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and finalize deliverables.
• Implement best practices in

  Agile/Waterfall methodologies

  for efficient project execution.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through structured testing, review processes, and compliance with organizational standards (ISO, CMMI).
• Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
• Utilize technical knowledge of

  .NET technologies

  to guide the team in architectural decisions and technical problem-solving.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Tier-3 engineering background acceptable).

• Minimum 10 years of experience

  in IT/software development with at least 45 years in project management.
• Proven expertise in

  .NET framework, ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server

• Strong leadership,

  team management, and mentoring skills

  .
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of successful

  project execution and completion

  .
• Knowledge of industry standards, compliance frameworks, and SDLC methodologies.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (preferred but not mandatory).
