Role Overview:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver industrial construction projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Lead project teams including site engineers, planning, procurement, QA/QC, and subcontractors.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, cost control, and resource allocation plans.
Review and approve drawings, technical documents, and method statements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders for project progress and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards at all project stages.
Oversee site execution and monitor progress through regular reviews and reporting.
Manage contractual obligations and handle variations, claims, and billing as per project requirements.
Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to clients and post-construction support.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum
1218 years
of experience in the construction contracting industry.
Must have managed
industrial / warehouse / factory building projects
(RCC + PEB structures).
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of project management software (MS Project / Primavera).
