Job Description

Job Summary:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions.
Participate in technical discussions, presentations, and proposal generation.
Prepare preliminary project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.

Customer Interaction:

Serve as the primary customer interface during both pre-sales and execution phases.
Facilitate clear communication of requirements, progress, and expectations.
Manage change requests and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Execution and Delivery:

Plan, schedule, and monitor the progress of automation projects to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor project KPIs (timelines, budgets, quality) and take corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular project review meetings with internal teams and customers.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

7+ years of experience in industrial automation projects, in the automotive sector.
Proven experience in managing PLC-based automation projects (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in automotive / auto component industries.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.).
