Project Manager in Raipur - Visakhapatnam & Delhi Amritsar Katra

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans including work schedules, milestones, budget projections, and resource requirements.
• Review and approve drawings, working plans, technical specifications, and project deliverables.
• Ensure smooth mobilization and deployment of manpower, material, plants, and subcontractors at site.
• Drive day-to-day execution ensuring progress aligns with approved work program and NHAI standards.

HAM / NHAI Coordination

• Responsible for timely submission and approval of Drawings & Annuity claims from NHAI.
• Establish strong liaison with NHAI, IE/AE, state authorities, and statutory bodies to eliminate hurdles in billing, approvals, and site execution.
• Ensure full compliance with concession agreement, NHAI circulars, MoRTH specifications, and relevant regulatory requirements,

Financial & Commercial Management

• Monitor project budgets, BOQs, cost estimates, and cash flow requirements.
• Track vendor/subcontractor billing, certifications, contract variations, and claims.
• Monitor material consumption and cost control to prevent overruns.
• Assist in resolving audit observations, contractual issues, and commercial disputes.

Risk, Quality & Safety Management

• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans for time, cost, and engineering challenges.
• Ensure stringent quality control aligned with IRC, IS codes, and contract specifications.
• Oversee implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) measures to maintain zero-incident culture at site.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor project teams (Engineers, Site Leaders, QA/QC, Planning, Billing, HSE, Contractors).
• Conduct regular review meetings to track status, deliverables, dependencies, and problem resolution.
• Maintain transparent communication with senior management on progress, risks, opportunities, and site requirements.

Key Skills & Technical Competencies:

• Strong exposure to HAM / NH projects with deep understanding of NHAI procedures and compliance.
• Expertise in Four-laning / Six-laning / Major Bridge / Structures / Highway construction methodologies.
• Thorough knowledge of execution planning, DPR review, QS/QC, budgeting, tendering, contract administration.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD, progress tracking tools & MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, decision-making & leadership skills.
