We re looking for someone to: act as a Project / Initiative Manager for various programs and initiatives in UBS Asset Management help business stakeholders understand the impact of business and regulatory-driven initiatives on their business and processes contribute to planning and managing program design, analysis and implementation (e.g., scoping, business model, business processes risk, project co-ordination) manage delivery outcomes through rigorous risk management and with an effective understanding of appropriate detail become a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholder groups guide the solution and support all stakeholders through implementation and the early post-production stage until the project officially becomes standard business as usual work with IT, compliance subject matter experts, model developers, external vendors, project managers or other business analysts to ensure solutions are fit for purpose support, clearly communicate, and follow-up on investigation of questions, issues, defects and escalations facilitate and support the transition of the change program into run-the-bank, by coordinating on business integration aspects such as operating model development, training communication. You will be working in the Business and Regulatory Change team which forms part of UBS Asset Management s COO function. The team comprises a range of change professionals responsible for delivering strategic business projects and regulatory change. Our team s role is to help the business adapt to change through our four key focus areas: comprehension of the changes required due to business initiatives legislation, communication of those changes to our business stakeholders, design of fit for purpose solutions, and delivery of change into the organization. Ideally, 5+ years of relevant experience in a change function within financial services or consulting, with expertise in business analysis, solution design, and managing complex implementation projects A university degree in business, economics, law, mathematics or science subjects Basic knowledge of Swiss, EU, UK, or US regulations impacting Asset Management (e.g., MiFID, KAG, FidleG/FiniG, UCITS, AIFMD, EMIR, EU Action Plan on Sustainable Finance, latest SEC Rule changes) Strong analytical skills, solution and detail-oriented Deadline-oriented and organized, with the ability to structure and prioritize work effectively Fluent in English with the ability to communicate complex issues succinctly and clearly both verbally and in writing A flexible tenacious team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills capable of building collaborative relationships Able to balance multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced demanding environment Comfortable working independently under pressure Experience with Asset Management, Sustainable Investing, and/or regulatory reporting a strong advantage.
