Role Description

Project Manager I or II or above

Experience: 10-12 Years. Relevant 5 years PM

Experience

ResponsibilitiesLeadprojects from requirements definition through planning, including schedules,scope, budget estimation, and implementation strategies.Consolidateand validate estimates, assess technical assumptions, evaluate risks, anddefine clear scope and boundaries.Planand coordinate all activities necessary to meet project acceptance criteria.Managemultiple projects of varying complexity small, medium, and large.Implementgovernance models aligned with organizational standards.Trackand report KPIs, regularly analyze project health, and ensure timely correctiveactions.Identifyand manage dependencies that could impact KPIs, secure agreements withdependency owners, and monitor progress closely.Mapstakeholders (internal and external) and establish an effective communicationplan.Analyzeproject profitability, prepare profitability sheets based on resource plans,and monitor financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor sdegree in Project Management/Engineering, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.MasterDegree in Business Administration as added advantage.PMPor equivalent certification as added advantage.5+years of experience in project management, preferably in IT Industry.Strongleadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiencyin project management software and tools.Cybersecurityknowledge as added advantage.
