Designation: - Project Manager-( Hindi-speaking must ) Company Type: - Robotics & Automation. Job Location: - Chennai ( Willing to travel regularly all over India ) Qualification:- MBA, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in EEE / Mechatronics /ECE /E&I /Robotics Engineering / Mechanical. Experience:- 3 years Employment type:- On role No.of.Vacancies:- 2 position- Male Role & responsibilities : Willing to travel all over India (Frequent travelling) . Need to handle the procurement, vendor management, suppliers handling. · Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources. · Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with the timeline and deliverables requirement. · Develop and maintain a project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones. · Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output. · Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to the project work plan. · Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers. · The person should be able to work effectively across Multiple Projects in a fast paced manner. · Project detailing, planning, coordinating and scheduling with clients · Interact daily with customers and ensure project implementation as per schedule and interested to work through work routines. · Collecting Site backups after completing the Project. · Attending telephonic enquiries and Service materials follow-ups and customer handling related to service. · Co-ordinating teams and clients /Suppliers. · Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management. · Able to work independently and as part of a team. · Reading, writing, analyzing and interpreting technical procedures and schematics. · Defining problems, collecting data, and deducing facts and conclusions. · Maintaining accurate documentation and records. · Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. · Make sure that clients need are met as projects evolve. · Work with Project Manager to eliminate blockers. · Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. · Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. · Willingness to go the extra mile by proactively leading complex projects and initiatives.
