Project Manager

As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously with a team of 10 - 12 billable resources. Your role will involve owning end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, quality assurance, and client reporting. You will actively participate in requirement analysis, effort estimation, and timeline planning, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely outcomes. Additionally, you will be the primary client contact, managing escalations and driving risk management to align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead 3 - 4 projects concurrently with a team of 10 - 12 billable resources. - Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and client reporting. - Participate in requirement analysis, effort estimation, and timeline planning. - Create and review project proposals, SOWs, and technical specifications. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables and resolve blockers. - Act as the primary client contact, managing escalations and ensuring proactive communication. - Drive risk management, milestone tracking, and alignment with business goals. - Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight for assigned teams and projects. Qualifications Required: - 6 - 8 years of project management experience in an IT services environment. - Proven ability to manage resources across multiple projects. - Strong experience in proposal/SOW creation, feature estimation, and technical spec documentation. - Hands-on understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern delivery practices. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client escalation handling. - Prior experience with US and European clients and global delivery models. - Technical background in development, architecture, or solutioning is preferred. - Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello. In addition to the above qualifications, certifications like PMP, CSM, or equivalent are considered a nice-to-have for this role.
