Project Manager - Healthcare & Life Sciences

You will be assuming a great deal of responsibility to lead large delivery teams in 1Lattice within the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical. Your role will involve guiding the entire research process and recommending solutions that have a real impact. You will have full ownership of the deliverables and will be expected to assume leadership roles within your team. Your team's successes will also contribute to your personal results story. - End to end ownership of project delivery leading high impact teams - Driving thought leadership in projects and coming up with compelling approaches, frameworks, and solutions to client problems - Driving high quality research and analysis by teams leading to insights and advisory services - Leading and delivering high quality client presentations in projects - Managing scope and delivery of projects along with end to end client process management - Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the project scope and services as per their needs - Maintaining relationships with existing clients - Coordinating with healthcare domain partners in the vertical to bring in their expertise into delivery - Leading project delivery and managing delivery teams to drive customer wow and delight - Working with delivery teams to create lasting impact through engagement at clients - Playing an active part in recruitment and building project delivery teams in your department You should have: - Proven experience in Business Research, minimum 7 years leading and managing the team in the research or consulting domain - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong ability to research, analyze and communicate key commercial value drivers - Excellent communication and client management skills - Ability to understand client's needs and develop trusted relationships - Demonstrated ability to execute/project manage large-scale research projects from beginning to completion - Understanding of the consulting and research market types of offerings - Expertise in primary research methodologies and experienced in developing market-based research - Ability to create impactful proposals for specific projects with a tailored approach - Ability to workplan, define scope and approach for assignments - Ability to guide and monitor project delivery teams, existing relationships in the domain of interest with senior client prospects - Ability to influence and lead pitches Your Educational qualification and Certifications should include: - Consistent track record of academic excellence - Demonstration of leadership in educational and professional career - Very high drive and energy - Graduate degree & Post Graduate in Healthcare research with strong academic performance,
