Job Description

We re looking for professionals with expertise in

Project Management for our Learning Solutions Services team

. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.

Your key responsibilities

Plan, schedule, track and manage overall project execution
Effective management of project metrics such as effort, schedule, product and process quality etc.
Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations
Facilitate best practices in project management to comply with the firm s standards
Effective risk management
Manage project against set standards and processes
Successful project issue resolution (internal and external)
Manage multiple, simultaneous projects end-to-end
Manage project billing, utilization, and resource allocation
Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders
Accountable for project deliverables and managing the project team

Skills and attributes for success

Strong organization skills
Proficient in client expectation management
Exposure to working with international clients will be advantageous
Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in learning
Knowledge to develop high quality technical and strategic presentations and documentations

To qualify for the role, you must have

Any Graduate
4-8 years into project management experience in e-learning and content development
Project Management experience in IT ore-learning or related industries
Knowledge of e-learning development life cycle

Ideally, you ll also have

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

A professional, confident and enthusiastic team player with a flexible can-do attitude.
An individual with strong interpersonal skills - confidence, maturity and ability to build strong client relationships
A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with others
