• Purpose of the Role
  

STEM education, TVET certification, life skills, financial inclusion, and leadership

• Key Responsibilities
  

Program Planning & Coordination

• Develop and manage integrated workplans for:
• STEM education (Grades 6–9)
• STEM Clubs
• TVET certification
• Life Skills, MHM, and Financial Literacy
• Coordinate with education departments, TEVTA, NAVTCC, financial inclusion actors, and community institutions.
  

Implementation Management

• Oversee:
• STEM clubs for adolescent girls
• TVET training for young women
• Life skills and financial literacy for girls and women
• Supervise field implementation teams and community mobilizers.
• Ensure inclusion of girls and women with disabilities.
  

Training & Capacity Development

• Oversee development of STEM modules and training materials.
• Supervise training of STEM communicators, teachers, and facilitators.
  

Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

• Lead baseline, progress, and endline assessments.
• Track KPIs including:
• STEM learning gains
• Club participation
• TVET certification
• Financial inclusion
• Gender parity
• Produce learning briefs and impact reports.
  

Community & Gender Engagement

• Lead parental and community engagement on girls’ education, gender norms, and leadership.
• Strengthen male allyship and community ownership.
  

Financial & Compliance Oversight

• Oversee budget management, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with donor and organizational systems.

• Required Qualifications & Experience
• Master’s degree in Education, Gender Studies, Development, or Social Sciences.
• Atleast 5–7 years experience in:
• Girls’ education
• STEM or skills development
• TVET or livelihoods programming
• Proven experience managing donor-funded education and empowerment programs.
