Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of ERP software from start to finish. Your expertise in React JS, project management, and other related technologies will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the project is delivered on time (hours/cost) with the agreed quality and aligned with the scope agreed upon with the client.

Ensuring that all the project artifacts (project plan, road map, sprint boards, risk register, billability matrix etc) are being maintained and always up to date.

Ensure theres no communication gap with the client and internally within the team and other internal stakeholders.

Share the billing data with the team as per the agreed billing cycle of the project.

Remove the blockers on the project team as soon as possible so theres minimal effort and time wastage in the project.

Managing the resources of the project pro-actively so there are no impacts on the project (both allocation and deallocation).

Take the overall responsibility of the success and failure of the project.

Should manage project reports and necessary documentation, including status report, project plans and stake holder communication.

Preparing reports based on performance analysis and presenting to management. He/She should be able to provide the latest data to engage in fact-based discussions with the Senior management.

Hands on experience on Business tools. Jira/Trello/Wrike.

Versioning and Release Notes

Skills :

Extensive knowledge of Database structuring to create a better entity relation.

Knowledge of SQL and My-SQL

Knowledge of Agile framework daily scrum meeting, retrospective, burnout charts, product backlog,

In depth knowledge of React JS, JavaScript Query, Rest API etc.

Knowledge on ASP.Net, C#, ASP.MVC, ASP.NET Core is prefered

Knowledge of Project Management tools like Jira, Trello, Github, etc.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
