Job Opening: Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out & MEP Projects

📍 Location: New Delhi | 🕒 Experience: 2–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out & MEP projects as a single point of contact.
• Interpret RFPs, prepare detailed project schedules (MS Project), and govern multiple projects simultaneously.
• Conduct site due diligence, oversee statutory submissions, manage approvals, and ensure timely material delivery.
• Collaborate with design, costing, and MEP consultants for smooth execution.
• Coordinate and monitor all site activities while maintaining issue logs and driving project closure.
• Ensure projects are delivered

  on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

  .

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Interior Design (with execution experience) OR Degree in Engineering/Architecture (with execution experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in

  Interior Design, Architecture, or Project Management

  (preferably in New Delhi).
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project

  , and ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High emotional intelligence, stewardship, and a proactive, optimistic mindset.
