Role Description

Project Manager – Finishing (Civil)

• Lead and manage the execution of all finishing works including internal and external plaster, paint, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, modular fittings, flooring, façade, and final handover.
• Develop and implement detailed project schedules and monitor daily progress to ensure timelines are met.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and execution issues.
• Review and ensure execution is as per approved drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
• Ensure material planning, procurement follow-up, and optimal utilization to avoid delays or wastage.
• Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions as required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
• Handle contractor negotiations, work allocations, performance monitoring, and billing approvals.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS updates, and escalate major concerns to senior management.
• Facilitate client walkthroughs and ensure final snag-free handovers.
