• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management preferably in actuator automation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft projects, primavera p6.
• Ability to work in Teams.
• Networking and interpersonal skills.

• Strong experience in Actuators Automation Accessories.
• Project experience of automation in overseas Middle East, for east, and Europe countries.
• Lead various projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Expertise to drive successful project out comes.
• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Develop project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Communicate project progress, status updates and issues to senior management.
• Manage project resources effectively, including team members, vendors and third-party contractors.
• Conduct project post-mortems to evaluate lesson learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Proven track record of project handling in automation.
• Strong background in project management and Technical expertise in actuator systems.
• Kick off meeting with customer and scheduling the project according to the Contract terms.
