Lead and manage multiple, high-impact CX projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, schedules, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and requirements. Track project performance using appropriate project management tools and methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Identify potential risks and issues, proactively addressing and mitigating them to ensure project success. Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reporting on progress, risks, and issues. Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals while maintaining financial control. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Conduct project reviews to analyze project success and areas for improvement, documenting lessons learned for future projects. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices in project management. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly preferred. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black belt/ Green belt would be preferred 15+ years of overall experience, 7+ years in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role. Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple departments and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana), and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and find solutions quickly. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
