Role Objective

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end operations related to AC Type-2 charger installation, commissioning, and service management across India. The incumbent will lead coordination among OEMs, customers, service partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, customer satisfaction, and timely commercial closure.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Installation Management

• Lead and manage AC Type-2 charger installations and commissioning PAN India.
• Ensure all installations meet technical, safety, and quality standards.
• Plan and track project timelines, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Stakeholder & Partner Coordination

• Act as a single point of contact for OEMs, customers, internal teams, and service partners.
• Manage service partner performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance) for smooth project execution.

Customer Escalation & Service Management

• Handle customer escalations effectively and ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor service performance and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Commercial & Billing Oversight

• Validate service partner invoices and support commercial closures.
• Track costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain installation trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational best practices.

• Technical understanding of AC Type-2 charger systems and EV infrastructure
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure
• Financial acumen for cost and billing management
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools

Qualification & Experience

• Education:

  B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline

• Experience:

  Minimum 5–7years in EV charging, power infrastructure, or electrical project management

• Preferred Background:

  Experience in managing PAN India operations, vendor networks, and customer escalations within the EV or energy sector
