Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee ELV projects from inception to completion.
  • Team lead and project management
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams and clients.
  • Manage project budgets and forecast financial needs.
  • Lead project meetings and document outcomes.
  • Oversee quality assurance and control measures.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during project execution.
  • Assist in the selection of resources and team members.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Implement best practices and improve project management processes.
  • Provide training and support to project teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in ELV systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, and intercoms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with project management software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to ELV installations.
  • Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and clients effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management.
