Project Manager

EbizON is seeking a Project Manager to join the team at the Noida office. As a Project Manager, your role will involve facilitating project planning and ensuring effective implementation for web and mobile development projects. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a keen eye for detail, along with the ability to analyze, understand, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: - Proficiency in both agile and waterfall methodologies of project management. - Overall accountability for the planning and delivery functions of web and mobile projects. - Management of the product backlog while balancing conflicting business and technology priorities. - Engage in project and stakeholder management by collaborating closely with stakeholders from various departments to define business objectives, document requirements, track risks and issues, and manage project updates. - Coordinate and conduct detailed business analyses, develop functional and technical specifications, and collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams for requirements implementation. - Create project plans, manage risks, escalate issues, and ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle. - Provide input for constructability reviews during the design development process and recommend changes to enhance construction efficiency, reduce risk, or lower costs. Job Requirements: - Strong business acumen and process knowledge in delivering web, mobile, and digital projects. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization. - Outstanding presentation skills for articulating ideas, opinions, and concerns across all organizational levels. - Comfortable working with onsite and offshore teams. - Willingness to participate during non-working hours to cater to international clients. - High energy levels, self-motivation, ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt swiftly to changing priorities. - Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, Confluence, Jira, Cucumber, etc. Academic Qualification: - Minimum qualification of a graduate in BE/B.Tech/MCA. - 7 years of IT experience.
