Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Construction Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead project scheduling and task management. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment—eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to work hard to deliver results. The focus will be on creating, managing, and tracking detailed project timelines, ensuring tasks are coordinated and projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
  • Break down project scopes into actionable tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress.
  • Use project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Asana, or similar) to monitor schedules and generate reports.
  • Monitor daily/weekly progress against schedules, highlighting risks and delays early.
  • Facilitate lookahead planning to ensure short-term and long-term goals are aligned.
  • Generate dashboards, Gantt charts, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Coordinate dependencies across subcontractors, site managers, and teams.
  • Conduct regular schedule review meetings, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances, finding innovative ways to keep work on track.
  • Contribute to building project management systems and best practices as the company grows.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager (construction industry strongly preferred).
  • Strong expertise in construction scheduling and project/task management.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of construction workflows, sequencing, and critical path activities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • [Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.]
