Job Description

Overall planning, execution, monitoring, and control of construction projects.
Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and machinery.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure construction as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions for delays.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
Review and approve method statements, work schedules, and execution plans.
Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
Handle contract administration, billing, variations, and claims.
Ensure smooth handover and project close-out documentation.
Processing of statutory approval.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
civil construction, finishing works, and project controls
Experience in residential / commercial / institutional building projectsProficiency in
