• Oversee and manage projects from award through to completion and ensure that client and company objectives are met.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Line manage a team of project professionals
• Control project finances, budgets, invoices and forecasts
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Ultimately accountable for the project performance – HSE, Quality, Commercial, and Operational.
• Represent Cyan Renewables in the industry
• Travel overseas as required to manage international project components

• Bachelor’s degree level qualification in engineering or equivalent
• Microsoft Project or equivalent planning software
• Project management qualification
• BOSIET (desirable)
• OGUK Medical (desirable)
• MathCAD (desirable)
• CAD Software 2D / 3D Design (desirable)

• Relevant experience in a similar role, executing projects in a marine environment
• Proven experience managing projects in a manufacturing and subsea environment.
• Relevant experience in offshore/site operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including excel and project
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills
• Understanding of project cost management
• Minimum 5-10 years project management experience in subsea environments
• A team-oriented, hard-working, enthusiastic mindset.
• Experience of leading a team

• General understanding of marine and vessel operations
• Exposure to offshore wind projects
• Exposure to offshore grouting and cementing (subsea stabilisation)
• CEng Status or working towards
