Project Manager cum Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives

  in collaboration with team and stakeholders.
• Help

  develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures

  (WBS).
• Coordinate the allocation and availability of internal resources (e.g., developers, QA, designers) and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate and document project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (if using Agile).

2. Execution & Monitoring

• Track project progress, deliverables, and milestones against the defined plan.

• Monitor and report on project status

  (progress, risks, issues, and budget) to the management and other key stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Support the team in adhering to established software development processes and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring all artifacts (e.g., requirements, design documents, test plans) are current, accurate, and properly stored.

3. Risk & Issue Management

• Proactively assist in the identification of potential project risks and issues.
• Help

  implement and track mitigation strategies

  and coordinate the resolution of minor issues.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using established change control procedures.

4. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a point of contact for routine project communication between the development team, product owners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication of project goals, expectations, and status across the project team.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and productive working relationship with team members.
