Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee digital marketing initiatives and website development projects. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, coordinating client requirements, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving successful digital campaigns and website launches.  Key Responsibilities: Project Management:  Plan, execute, and manage multiple digital marketing and website development projects simultaneously.  Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.  Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress.  Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.  Digital Marketing:  Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.  Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI using analytics tools.  Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content for various digital platforms. Website Development:  Oversee website design, development, testing, and deployment.  Ensure websites meet functionality, performance, and user experience standards.  Work with developers to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements. Client & Team Coordination:  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.  Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates and address challenges.  Qualifications: Education & Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.  3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or website development, with at least 2 years in a project management role. Skills & Competencies:  Proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and website development projects.  Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.  Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize digital campaigns.  Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Certifications (Optional):  PMP (Project Management Professional) or agile certification.  Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.
