Project Manager- Credit Operations

As the single point of accountability for all assigned insourcing projects, you will ensure seamless execution and delivery. You will address and resolve any issues promptly by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. It is important to foster strong relationships with onshore offices and internal stakeholders through regular meetings, while identifying opportunities for further operational migrations. Your role will involve coordinating daily activities, facilitating meetings between clients and company officials, documenting meeting minutes, providing required information, and effectively responding to client inquiries. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the single point of accountability for assigned insourcing projects - Address and resolve issues promptly by collaborating with stakeholders - Foster relationships with onshore offices and internal stakeholders - Coordinate daily activities and facilitate meetings - Document meeting minutes, provide information, and respond to client inquiries - Plan and execute insourcing initiatives in alignment with project objectives - Organize periodic review meetings with clients - Manage project timelines and provide accurate MIS reporting Qualifications Required: - Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones - Strong expertise in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira - Excellent coordination and time management skills Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree. Additionally, a minimum of 7 years of experience in Banking Operations & Project Management is required. Certification in Project Management and experience in International Banking will be considered a significant advantage.
