Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with clients and design teams. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site. Monitor project progress and site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays proactively. Conduct regular site inspections, project meetings, and prepare progress reports. Ensure all necessary permits, approvals, and compliance requirements are met. Manage subcontractors and labor teams to ensure optimal performance. Maintain strong communication and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 5+ years of proven experience in managing commercial interior projects (corporate offices, retail, hospitality, etc.).
