Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Ownership Technical Leadership: Hands-on experience in OSS application maintenance. Strong technical management experience, with delivery of automation solutions using AI/ML, GenAI, Selenium, scripting languages, etc. Ability to quickly understand customer pain points and translate them into actionable solutions. People & Process Management Communication & Collaboration: Establish strong rapport with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams. Required Skills & Experience 9 to 15 years of relevant experience in project management within the telecom domain. Proven experience with OSS systems and automation implementations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Additional Requirements Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
