Detailed job description - Skill Set:

Project Manager

Mandatory Skills

8+ years of experience as a (Lead) Project Manager with demonstrated track records of successful implementation ideally in the telecoms area
Personal drive, highly self-motivated, structured, self-organized and high degree of time management Sound business and financial understanding. Must have a good understanding of Colts business, its customers and market drivers. Effective communication (verbal, written, listening) presentation and management reporting skills Experience in working with IT teams and third party vendors Integration Design, Development & Testing: The scope of this workstream is to design, develop and test all the functionalities/operations mentioned in the high-level approach document for the ~20 interfaces. o Develop new integration solution: New Interface will be developed to update Circuit status in SIEBEL thru TMF event Notifications & new Interface will be developed from SAP for querying device information for Asset Ordering from ARM application. o Building ARM Reports: This workstream will work with Amdocs s support to deliver 6 of the OSS reports o Creating the future enhancement & development team: The team will get trained on the new system to support the future enhancements using the SDK tool. o Implementing KAFKA messaging system: The workstream will implement and support the KAFKA solution for messaging.

Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of medium/large sized projects,
Directing and counselling project team members, and advising customers/stakeholders as necessary on all phases. Including creating and maintaining cost, resource and project plans

Good to have skills:

Proven experience as a Project Manager managing multiple projects
Direct experience of working in a structured project environment Delivery of projects in an IT business environment Demonstrable business and financial understanding Effective communication (verbal, written, listening) presentation and management reporting skills Personal drive, highly self-motivated and self-organized Excellent team player and ability to work in an international team Fluent in English (written and spoken)
