Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage B2C projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to 

project scope, schedule, and budget.  

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, 

conduct demos, and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.  

● Drive client meetings with confidence, demonstrating strong communication skills and 

presenting solutions effectively.  

● Hands on experience in stakeholder and expectation management, sprint planning, 

project scoping, and change log management.  

● Draft proposals and develop comprehensive work plans aligned with client 

expectations and project goals.  

● Maintain a healthy relationship with clients, addressing their needs and concerns 

effectively, and identifying opportunities for service improvement.  

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.  

● Proficiency in Salesforce Cloud functionality.  

● Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects, from requirement gathering to 

implementation, while delivering results within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.  

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client meetings, 

conduct demos, and gather requirements effectively.  

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering high-quality 

solutions that align with client needs.
