Project Manager (Civil)

As a Project Manager at our Heritage Conservation / Restoration firm, you will be responsible for monitoring diversified aspects of construction project management. This includes planning, coordination, and supervision of on-site activities to ensure alignment with engineering and design specifications, industry standards, and construction regulations. Effective communication with contractors and subcontractors will be crucial in fostering successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications - Reporting project updates, milestones, and potential risks to the project manager and key stakeholders - Analysing and interpreting engineering drawings, survey reports, and other technical documentation to guide the construction process - Planning and overseeing the allocation of resources, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency - Monitoring project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and adhering to budget constraints - Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges - Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree/diploma in civil engineering - Minimum 7 years of experience as a site engineer, civil engineer, or equivalent role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and other relevant software - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Please note: This job is a full-time position and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
