Project Manager Civil

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end execution

  of assigned residential towers/blocks.
• Supervise Engineers, Supervisors, and contractor teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Prepare and monitor weekly/monthly project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
• Oversee

  RCC works, Mivan/Aluminium formwork operations, blockwork, waterproofing, finishing

  , and faade works. Conduct daily site Inspections to review progress, workmanship, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and service providers for design and execution alignment.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, wastages, and suggest value engineering measures.
• Ensure timely

  material planning and availability

  (steel, cement, Mivan formwork, finishing materials).
• Verify contractor bills, joint measurements, and site documentation.
• Drive safety culture and ensure adherence to high-rise construction protocols.
• Identify delays, technical issues, bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain daily MIS, DPR, progress reports, quality checklists, and work logs.
• Support the Project Head/GM during management reviews and project audits.
• Ensure timely statutory documentation and compliance at project level.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12-18 years

  of experience in construction execution, preferably in

  premium/luxury residential high-rise projects

  .
• Must have handled

  minimum 10 of lakh sq.ft. of construction

  (cumulative or across multiple towers).

• Strong technical knowledge of:

• RCC & structural works
• Mivan/Aluminium formwork methodology
• High-rise building execution
• Concrete quality control
• Waterproofing & finishing works
• MEP coordination, Safety norms & best practices
• Proven track record of delivering

  high-rise

  towers (25-30+ floors preferred).

• Strong leadership

  and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

• Preferred

  : Certification in Project Management / Construction Management.
