Project Manager Civil

As a Project Manager specializing in Civil Engineering at our dynamic team in Ahmedabad, your role will involve overseeing various interior design projects. You will study work orders, drawings, dispatch schedules, and logistic schedules of the sites. Responsibilities also include taking measurements of the site and furnishing units, marking electrical, plumbing, and gas points, and assigning works to the installation team with proper work briefing. Additionally, you will arrange sub-contractors based on site requirements, cross-verify dispatch materials received from the factory, and update the status of each site to the respective Zonal Managers. - Study work orders, drawings, dispatch schedules, and logistic schedules of the sites - Take measurements of the site and furnishing units, mark electrical, plumbing, and gas points - Assign works to the installation team with proper work briefing - Arrange sub-contractors based on site requirements - Cross-verify dispatch materials received from the factory - Update the status of each site to the respective Zonal Managers - Maintain a good relationship with clients and regularly update them on work progress - Maintain a work schedule calendar, inspect every site regularly, and ensure the smooth handover of completed sites to clients - Collect Satisfaction Reports, Google Reviews, and Facebook Reviews To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong leadership skills - Effective communication abilities - Capability to build and maintain good client relationships - Cost management skills - Critical thinking abilities - Task management skills If you hold a BE/B-Tech qualification with a specialization in Civil Engineering and have 0-2 years of experience, we encourage you to apply.
